Dear Mr. Cull,

As a valued customer of our service, we would first like to thank you for your patronage of CafePress Inc. 

We have a longstanding policy of contacting our users whenever we receive notices indicating that their content may infringe the intellectual property rights of others.  It is for this reason that you are receiving this communication today.  In accordance with our Intellectual Property Rights Policy, we have received a notice alleging that your use of certain content violates the intellectual property rights of a third-party as follows:

In response to this notice, we have set the content at issue in your account to “pending” status.   This disables the content from being displayed in your shop, on the marketplace, or on sponsored web sites.  To review the content set to “pending” status:

1)      log into your CafePress account;
2)      select "My Designs" from the upper-right drop-down menu on the main dashboard; and
3)      choose the "pending" Design Type from the "Narrow By" menu.

If you believe that you hold the rights to the content at issue, we encourage you to contact the Rightsholder directly to resolve the matter. 

Finally, we wish to remind you that you are solely responsible for the content located in your account, and that per the terms of the Content Owner Agreement (which you acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by through using the CafePress service,) you will be liable for any claims brought against you based on content uploaded to your account.  CafePress will terminate the accounts of any users involved in repeat instances of infringement.
